Blooming Hearts by Rushanne

A great way to start the week with this attractive design by Rushanne.  We love the fantastic use of colour and the clever flower centrepiece. Rushanne has used John Lockwood's Flower Hearts Stamp set, Cosmic Shimmer Bright Gold Embossing Powder and Creative Expressions' Gold Collection Dazzlers to great effect.
