Creative Expressions launching with Hochanda

Guess who’s been invited to join the new TV shopping channel Hochanda, dedicated to crafts, hobbies and arts for their launch on the Thursday 27 August, 2015? Yes, you’ve guessed it – Creative Expressions have and they can’t wait to be part of this exciting new channel.

Creative Expressions’ talented team of demonstrators will all be appearing on the new channel, so all look out for Sue Wilson, Phill Martin, John Lockwood and Julia Watts.

Popular paper crafter John Lockwood will be kicking off proceedings with a ‘One Day Special’ showcasing two of Creative Expressions’ best-selling brands - Craft Dies designed by Sue Wilson

and Cosmic Shimmer Colour Cloud.  This beautiful collection of dies haven’t been demoed on TV before, so make sure you tune in to see John work his magic with these and the fabulous Cosmic Shimmer Colour Cloud Blending Inks.

Sue Wilson nominated for Best Overall Designer 2015

Sue Wilson has been nominated in the Best Overall Designer 2015 category of the International Craft Awards 2015, which is nominated entirely by the readers of Crafts Beautiful and Papercrafter magazines and via their website www.craftawards.com The voting period for these Awards commences on 16th September 2015 online at: www.craftawards.com  and forms are also in the Xmas Special, November and December 2015 issues of Crafts Beautiful and issues 87 and 88 of Papercrafter magazines. Voting closes on Sunday 13th December 2015 at midnight. The results will then be made public online and in print in our April issues of Crafts Beautiful and Papercrafter magazines.   If you would like to vote for Sue please follow the instructions above.

2015 Festive Craft Dies (2nd release) by Sue Wilson for Creative Expressions - Star Spray

Last, but not least, is the Star Spray! This die set has a left and right facing spray for you to use in all sorts of ways. Shown here used as a background as well as an embellishment for the poinsettias.

Welcome back! This time we have the Frosty Mini Background die for you. Smaller in size than our original backgrounds, but still just as useful and great for making smaller sized cards too. 

Like our other backgrounds, there is no outer cutting edge so you can decide just how wide of a border you want, so there is plenty of versatility.

Day three and the final day of our Christmas die mini launch.

2015 Festive Craft Dies (2nd release) by Sue Wilson for Creative Expressions - Joy Wreath

The last reveal for today is the Joy Wreath die set.  This is unique in that you have the letters separate and the wreath has been done in two pieces, so you can have a solid wreath and an outline wreath to use.  The letters can be used horizontally, vertically or even diagonally, making it very versatile.

The Noel Star die set is our next reveal.  It looks lovely against the backdrop of one of John Lockwood's new background stamp designs!  The matching poinsettia stamp is also his work! 

There is an extra swirl die included with it that will be so useful for your embellishment needs on your projects.

This is the first mini background sentiment die that Sue has designed. Use it with or without the frame, as it is easily nipped away. Make the frame edge whatever size you prefer as there is not a fixed cutting edge to the outside, so the versatility is your choice. Great for batch cards too!

Here is the 2nd reveal for today - this die can be used as both the focal element and as an addition to your card as a sentiment. It is simply stunning and will be a beautiful addition to all your festive cards. 

The set comes with several extra twinkle star dies too, which will come in very handy as extra embellishments with all sorts of other Christmas dies.
